Lahore Fort

The Lahore Fort is a Mughal-era fort in the city of Lahore, Pakistan. It was built in 1566 during the reign of the emperor Emperor Akbar. The Lahore Fort is one of Pakistan's most recognizable monuments. Extending over an area of more than 20 hectares, the fort is situated within a larger complex that included the Walled City of Lahore, along with several other monuments, including the Badshahi Mosque.
