Located about 2 kilometers off the coast of Hendaye in the Basque coast of France, Belharra is a big wave spot that could only be reached by boat or jet ski. First surfed in 2002, it has become popular and is considered one of the best towed-surfing spots in Europe. The power, speed, and incredible size of its waves make adventurers fall in love with this adrenaline rush. Though breaks are rare, the best season to ride this wave is autumn, especially during October.
