Batu Caves

Batu Caves is one of the most visited tourist attractions in Malaysia, located approximately 13 kilometers from downtown Kuala Lumpur. This limestone hill, formed 200 million years ago, includes plenty of caves of various sizes, and even some “Cave Temples”. These temples embedded in rock approach 100 years old and feature lots of Hindu statues and idols. The Batu Caves’ Temples are even amongst the most popular Hindu shrines to exist outside of India.
