In Rosario, the Argentine National Flag Memorial is a monumental complex close to the beautiful Paraná River. Inaugurated on June 20th, 1957, on the death anniversary of Manuel Belgrano, the creator of the Argentinian flag, it is the main center of celebrations during Flag Day. In 2013, the monument ranked 20th among places to visit in Latin America.
