Transfagarasan

Transfagarasan, also known as DN7C, is a national road in Romania that is about 151 kilometers long. Built between 1970 and 1974, it is the second highest paved mountain pass in the country, at an altitude of 2,034 meters. The Transfagarasan crosses the Carpathian Mountains from west to east over the Fagaras mountains, linking Bascov and Sibiu County.
