The Palacio de Cristal del Retiro is a palace and conservatory located in the "Parque de El Retiro" in Madrid, Spain. Ricardo Velázquez Bosco designed the building based on London's Crystal Palace and finished the construction in 1887. Once built, it acted as a greenhouse for the Exposition of the Philippines' exotic plants.
